Each product has its own warranty policy. Our Warranty Policies can be found below, however if you do not find the documentation you require then please contact our customer service team.


All Bromic products are manufactured to the highest quality standard and come with guarantees against any material or workmanship defects; guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. For specific warranty details on any Bromic product, including warranty duration, please refer to the product instructions.

For troubleshooting assistance, feel free to contact us by phone or email with your product number as well as a description and picture/video of the problem, so we can assist promptly.

For products covered by in-field service warranty, please email us with your purchase receipt, pictures/videos of the problem, a description of the problem, your contact details and address so we can organise a technician to service the unit.

Please note that some warranty claims will require the product to be returned to the store of purchase to enable repair or refunds to be facilitated. A purchase receipt is required for proof or purchase for all warranty claims to be processed.
